Terms & Conditions — Dance & Fitness Workshops
Thank you for joining my workshops —
As a sole trader I run classes personally and these simple terms help me keep everything easy to manage so I can focus on giving you great classes. By booking you agree to the following.
1. Booking & confirmation
- Your place is confirmed when I receive full payment for the whole term.
2. Payments
- Please pay by bank transfer where possible. Payment is due by 1st October
- Payment must be made in full for the entire term; No instalments or staged payments please 🙏
- When making a bank transfer, always reference your name and the workshop you are attending. Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it to me. I will confirm receipt by text message.

3. Make-up classes can only be taken within the same term and only in the following classes: Tone and Stretch, Charleston, Intro Tap, General Tap, or Flamenco.
- So sorry but Zumba is no longer available for make-up classes.
4. No rollovers
- Any unused classes or make-ups must be used within the term they fall in. I’m unable to transfer sessions to the next term.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- There are no refunds for missed sessions during a term (see Make-up Classes).
6. Changes by me
- I’ll let you know as soon as possible about any schedule changes. If I cancel a session, I’ll offer a make-up within the term or a refund for that session.
To gain maximum benefit from classes, students are advised to attend all sessions and practice at home between classes. Students take full responsibility for their own practice
Classes are held on public holidays unless otherwise advised.
Any audio or visual recordings of classes is strictly for personal use and technique practices.
